Tipperary "Foreign and Fantastic Field Sports: Cricket in Co. Tipperary" a few years ago, and in the course of my research I came across several references to Lismore CC, the earliest being a reference to a match played between Lismore CC and Cahir CC on 17 Sept 1870, the day after the match against Midleton CC.
I also have references from 1873, 1875, 1880, 1881, 1893, 1897, 1898, 1901.
Some copies of my book are still available, €20.00 inclusive of postage.
